Ballyliffin
The event is unique in that the final 2 miles is on Pollan Beach. The course fringes the sea with the backdrop of Malin Head and Five Fingers Strand as you follow the route through the Isle Of Doagh. The 2018 Ballyliffin Coastal Challenge takes place on Easter Saturday, March 31st at 1pm. This is the 11th annual organisation of the popular Inishowen promotion. The Mícheál Ó Cléirigh Summer School was founded in the latter part of 2013 to promote the work of the Four Masters led by Br Mícheál Ó Cléirigh in the early 17th Century. Their work to record the history of Ireland was done using a factual chronological order which was groundbreaking and innovative for the time. > More
